1. Services
Precision Mesquite Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Mesquite, NV and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Estimates and Quotes
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all fencing projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Final project costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and customer-requested changes.
Once you accept a quote, a deposit may be required to schedule your project and reserve materials. Deposit amounts and payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
3. Project Scope and Changes
The scope of work will be outlined in a written agreement before any work begins. Any changes to the original scope must be approved in writing by both parties and may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the project if unforeseen site conditions require it. We will notify you of any significant changes and discuss options before proceeding.
4. Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before installation begins. We can assist with the permit process if requested, but final responsibility lies with the property owner. All fencing must comply with local building codes, HOA regulations, and property line requirements.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Nevada state law. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances.
6. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on all installations. Warranty terms vary by project and will be specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
7. Liability
Precision Mesquite Fencing carries liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. You agree to have all utility lines marked by the appropriate utility companies before work begins.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before materials are ordered and work begins may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit, minus a processing fee.
Once materials are ordered or work has begun, deposits are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any materials already purchased and labor already performed.
